Head of the Regional Office of DJPb Papua Province Moudy Hermawan said that like the previous year, the process of preparing and completing DIPA and TKD Allocation Book for fiscal year 2025 was carried out completely digitally. The digitization process is able to simplify the DIPA ratification business process from the original 12 stages of the manual process, to 4 stages using the SAKTI application.
“The implementation of this digitalization is one of the efforts to guarantee the reliability of resources related to data and information as stated in Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE),” he said.
He explained in the midst of global economic and geopolitical turmoil that caused volatility in commodity prices, inflation and rising bank interest rates, until November 2024. He said the performance of the state budget in the scope of 4 provinces in the Regional Office of DJPb Papua continues to increase and is still solid in maintaining the economy.
“Until the third quarter of 2024, Papua’s economy was able to grow compared to the same period the previous year. Until the end of 2024, the state budget is an important instrument in maintaining economic stability amid various global and domestic challenges, including policies to control energy prices and food commodities,” he said.
He added that the state budget was also used well in carrying out the distribution function by distributing various assistance programs for the underprivileged, such as BPJS Health Contribution Assistance, Smart Indonesia Card, Non-Cash Food Assistance, and so on.
“Continuing what has been done in 2024, the 2025 State Budget is designed to continue to support the acceleration of inclusive and sustainable economic growth, and is realized in several development agendas, namely, social transformation, economy, governance, rule of law, stability, and Indonesian leadership, as well as social, cultural, and economic resilience,” he said.
