Papua – In order to face the 2024 Regional Head Election, the Yapen Islands Police held the Ops Mantap Praja Cartenz troop title apple led by the Yapen Police Chief Kompol Ardyan Ukie Hercahyo.
The troop title apple was held at the Yapen Police Headquarters yard followed by PJ Regent, PJU Polres, joint TNI-Polri personnel, Basarnas, Satpol PP and Damkar.
Kompol Ardyan explained that the 2024 Ops Mantap Praja Cartenz troop title apple was in the context of securing the regional head elections of the Regent and Deputy Regent in the Yapen Islands Regency.
“The troop title apple is a form of checking the readiness of the 2024 Operation Mantap Praja Cartenz personnel, so that the 2024 elections are expected to be held safely and smoothly,” said the Police Chief.
Kompol Ardyan added that the 2024 elections are the biggest democratic party that will prove the maturity of Indonesian democracy and at the same time become a determining point for the future of the nation.
“Seeing the importance of this, all components of the nation must fully participate in the 2024 elections. Moreover, the 2024 election has its own complexity because it is held in a close span of time,” said Kompol Ardyan.
According to him, the vast territory, diverse geography, and involves a large number of voters. Therefore, in order to secure the 2024 elections, the police are supported by the TNI, related agencies and other community partners for the success of the elections in Yapen.
At the end, Kompol Ardyan invited the entire community and related stakeholders to jointly succeed the 2024 elections in this beloved city.
