PAPUA BARAT DAYA – The Head of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Southwest Papua Provincial Government was officially elected as Chairperson of the Southwest Papua Taekwondo Indonesia (TI) Provincial Board (Pengprov) for the 2024-2028 service period, in the Southwest Papua Taekwondo Indonesia Provincial Deliberation (Musprov) held at Rylich Panorama Hotel Sorong, Friday (12/7/2024).
At the Provincial Deliberation, all District Administrators (Pengkab) and City Administrators (Pengkot) of Taekwondo Indonesia throughout Southwest Papua agreed and supported Eltje Salomina Doo to lead the Southwest Papua Taekwondo Indonesia Provincial Board for the 2024-2028 service period.
In his remarks, the Head of the General Secretariat of the Southwest Papua Provincial Government, Eltje Salomina Doo conveyed the Vision and Mission as the basis for the future program. The vision is “Realizing Taekwondo Southwest Papua Province with Moral, Superior and Achievement, morals are the most important, without good morals everything is in vain. Then we also have to excel in everything, if we can excel, praise God we will achieve well,” said Mrs. Eda.
The elected chairman expressed his sincere intention to develop Taekwondo Southwest Papua in a better direction and excel in the national and international arena and invited joint efforts to raise Taekwondo Southwest Papua, “we are strong because we are united, so we must embrace each other, complement each other, for that all organizational decisions that will be made in the context of training and coaching”, said Mrs. Ida.
The newly elected Head of General Affairs expressed his gratitude for the trust to lead Pengprov Taekwondo Indonesia Southwest Papua, “I thank you very much, for your trust in giving me the mandate to lead the Southwest Papua Taekwondo Indonesia Provincial Board, hopefully with our togetherness, Taekwondo Southwest Papua can be more advanced,” said Mrs. Ida.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chairperson of PBTI Organization I H. Heriansyah also expressed his gratitude to the entire organizing committee and at the same time officially closed the Southwest Papua Taekwondo Indonesia Provincial Conference in 2024, “I would like to thank the organizing committee and also the friends who attended. Hopefully our shared Vision and Mission can be realized and can also give birth to athletes in Southwest Papua, by saying Bismillahirohmanirohim, thank God, Praise God, I close the Southwest Papua TI Musprov in 2024, “said H.
