Papua Mountains – To distribute village funds to districts and villages that are inland or far from city access, the Village Community Empowerment Office (DPMK) of Tolikara Regency, Papua Mountains Province Chartered Aircraft.
The type of aircraft chartered is Dimonim A11 PK-HVG, 675 Caravan for 4 shuttle flights plus 1 Flight of Adventist Aviation PK-TCA owned by Adventist Papua region. The charter was carried out to distribute Dandes in 3 districts, namely, Wari District, Dow, and Egiam District.
This was done because there was no road access to take to the districts in the Mamberamo region, including; Dow, Wari and Egiam districts, so the distribution of village funds was carried out using airplanes.
Based on the schedule, the disbursement of village funds from the PMK Office itself starts from July 1-15, 2024, but because access is not easy, so the distribution of Village Funds ends on July 19, 2024.

Head of DPMK Tolikara, Noak Tabo said that the distribution of village funds in the Papua region, especially in Tolikara Regency, Mountainous Papua Province, is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, but various challenges must be overcome. Finally 541 villages were distributed smoothly, safely and under control.
“Today we are present here in the Mamberamo region, precisely in Dabra with the Pj Regent, Dandim, Polres and all levels of forkopimda in the context of channeling village funds for Dow, Wari and Egiam Districts, as well as closing the distribution of village funds for the first phase of the 2024 fiscal year,” he said.
It is said that the distribution of the first phase of village funds for the 2024 Fiscal Year for Tolikara Regency, today was officially closed by Pj. Tolikara Regent Marthen Kogoya, the closing was carried out after handing over village funds to Dow, Wari and Egiam Districts in Dabra.
