PAPUA – General Election Supervisory Agency – Acting Chairman of Bawaslu Puadi inaugurated and took the oath of appointment of eight Interim Replacements (PAW) members of the Central Papua Province Bawaslu and seven Regency / City members for the period 2023-2028. In his mandate, he asked the inaugurated to carry out the task of supervising the 2024 Election to the fullest.
Given that the 2024 Election stage has entered the nomination and registration of candidate pairs, Puadi asked the inaugurated to go directly to their respective offices to carry out supervisory duties.
“I urge the ranks after being inaugurated to immediately adjust and coordinate with the ranks and secretariats in their respective regions,” he said in the mandate for the Inauguration of PAW Members of Provincial Bawaslu and Regency / City Bawaslu in Jakarta, Friday (23/8/2024).
Puadi said the challenges of election supervision will be tough. However, he believes that the oaths and pledges that have been pronounced by the inaugurated can be a great asset to carry out their duties and authorities. “Don’t forget to also coordinate with other stakeholders such as the KPU, Police, Prosecutors,” said Puadi.
“May Allah make it easy to carry out this task and authority,” he hoped.
