BPKP and BPK Synergy Improves the Effectiveness of Regional Financial Management Audit and Supervision in West Papua

MANOKWARI – In an effort to strengthen synergy, collaboration and coordination between agencies, Plt. Head of BPKP Representative of West Papua Province Eko Hery Winarno, accompanied by the head of the general section and supervision coordinators, paid a working visit to the Office of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Representative of West Papua Province.

The visit was warmly welcomed by the Head of BPK Representative of West Papua Province Ahmad Luthfi H. Rahmatullah, together with the Head of Representative Secretariat, Head of West Papua Sub Auditorate I, and Head of West Papua Sub Auditorate II in the Living Room of BPK Representative Office of West Papua Province.

During the meeting, Eko Hery Winarno conveyed a number of important points as concrete steps to improve synergy, collaboration and coordination. This is part of a joint effort to improve local government financial management in the West Papua Province region in a sustainable manner.

Some of the points that became the focus of discussion included the plan to implement the Supervision Priority Agenda (APP) Year 2025 at the BPKP Representative of West Papua Province and steps to accelerate the completion of Follow-Up on Audit Recommendations (TLRHP) by local governments in West Papua Province.

Head of BPK Representative of West Papua Province Ahmad Luthfi expressed his hope that this visit would further strengthen the synergy and collaboration between BPK Representative of West Papua Province and BPKP Representative of West Papua Province.

Hopefully, this harmonious working relationship can have a real impact on society through increasing the effectiveness of examination and supervision of regional financial management in West Papua Province.
